Interface
display troubleshooting
If
when you run the TAB the interface appears empty, with no tools
or widgets, it may be due to the colors resolution of your display.
To solve the problem go in System Preferences > Displays and
set the Colors option to Millions.
Installing
X11 on Mac OS X 10.4.x troubleshooting
It
is possible to install the TAB 2.2 on Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) only
after you install the X11 version that is available on the Mac OS
X 10.4 CD-ROM, not the one provided by us on the TAB CD-ROM or the
TAB Web site.
If you try to install the X11 version that is avaiable on the TAB
CD-ROM or at the TAB Web-site, you got a message saying that a newer
version is on the harddrive and does not allow you to install.
To install the newer version of X11, insert the Mac OS X 10.4 CD-ROM
and run the Optional Installs: when it opens, in the Installation
Type select Applications and check X11 to install it.
Then you can install the TAB 2.2.
Problems
reported on Mac OS X 10.4.5 or later
The
TAB may experience some running problems on Mac OS X 10.4.5 or later
version, because the TAB was released before those Mac OS upgrades
were released.
Please install the trial version available for download to check
if the TAB can run on the Mac OS version installed on your computer.
