Interface
The
TAB interface is organized in
rooms optimized for a particular
task.
Each room is a different collection
of panes which are laid out
at specific positions on the
screen, and has its own menus.
You can move from room to room
simply by clicking on the tabs
on the far right of the menu
bar.
Four rooms are distributed with
the software: a drawing room,
an animation room, a compositing
room and a browser room.
More rooms can be added by downloading new
layouts from the download area.

|
|
The
drawing room contains a
large viewer pane where
you have plenty of space
to draw by using the set
of tools and the style palette.
The level strip allows you
to control the sequence
in case you're working on
an animation. |
|
|
|
The
animation room allows you
to manage different animation
levels at the same time
in the scene editor pane
that lets you control the
sequence of drawings. A
style editor pane allows
you to calibrate colors
and styles for the scene.
|
 |
|
The
compositing room is a large
scene editor pane with a
small viewer in the bottom
right corner. This room
allows you to control the
whole scene composition,
levels positions, columns
and camera animation, etc.
|
 |
|
The
browser room contains
the browser, the current
scene and the export pane.
Here you can load or save
scenes, levels, images
and sounds; or export
scenes as QuickTime or
Avi clips, or Macromedia
Flash animation.
